1. Web design & updates EA
a. Job includes setting up new pages or redesign of sight from provided templates and posting of all events to the website and various social media locations within 24 hours of receiving notification of event.
2. Sound System EA
a. Job includes attending pre-service practice for sound check and adjustment of sound levels. This job will also include monitoring sound levels during service and start the playing of ambient music for the time of pre-service fellowship.
3. Media Team EA
a. This job involves but is not limited to the preparation of the media presentation for service. Responsibilities include verifying PowerPoint presentation is operational, announcement presentation is accurate and current for the pre-service fellowship, prepping all videos, setting up display for words to worship music, and running the presentation during service.

a. Helps in preparation of Sunday bulletins, in preparation of letters to be mailed to church members, assist pastor with simple tasks that need little supervision,

a. This person is responsible for being at all church sponsored events and/or events that the church is an active participant (e.g. Worship in the Park) and taking copious amounts of photographs. When said events are over this person is responsible for forwarding all pictures to the pastor and/or the media team in a timely manner.
7. Church Videographer EA
a. This person is responsible for being at all church sponsored events and/or events that the church is an active participant (e.g. Worship in the Park) and taking copious amounts of Video. When said events are over this person is responsible for forwarding all videos to the pastor and/or the media team in a timely manner.
8. Youth Team staff CP
a. Director – Someone to develop, implement and recruit volunteers for youth programming. To include activities, spiritual development and friendship building in a Christian environment
b. Support staff – persons to support the development of the youth program and assist the director in the implementation of youth programming.
9. Buildings and Grounds Team CP
a. Parking lot upkeep – provide monthly repair, sweeping, and weed control
b. Grounds Maintenance
i. Provide sprinkler repair and maintenance
ii. Updating signage
iii. Weekly mowing
iv. Flower bed maintenance

i. Develop teams for larger remodeling projects
ii. Provide needed repairs or painting to the building as needed.

10. Drama Team CP
a. Work to provide skits and dramas in the development of themes and sermons for Sunday morning
b. Provide dramatic presentations for special events
c. Prepare seasonal dramatic presentations for church life and/or outreach

a. Members of the team can include persons like; Treasurer (who reports to the council), bookkeeper, recorder and committee team members
b. Draft the annual budget for council approval
c. Meet periodically to review expenses and make recommendations for the church on financial matters

a. Persons who would adopt others to act as a guide to helps people identify and achieve personal goals.
b. Could work in areas like relationships, finances, health, ect.

15. Greeter Team
a. Responsible for greeting and welcoming church members, guests, and/or visitors before service begins. Greeters are to introduce themselves, answer any questions that may arise, share information about events, study groups, and any outreach programs available.

a. Member support leader – to develop a team of people who would be interested in volunteers to help member of the congregation in times of exceptional need
b. This is an In-reach effort to help church members like seniors, single moms, ect with needs like auto repair, home repairs, moving, ect.

a. Participate on the prayer chain to receive/make phone calls about prayer requests that come in.
b. Join with other members of the team on occasion to have corporate prayer times to include these prayers.

a. People to help clean up the fellowship area on Sunday mornings
b. People available to open and close the church for special groups and offer support for their events
c. Persons to provide ‘extra’ cleaning for area that are not included on the daily cleaning schedule (like shampooing carpets, cleaning cupboards, cleaning lights and windows, ect)
20. Church decorations AA
a. The placement and/or tear down of seasonal decorations according to the time of year, holiday, or upon pastor request. Areas included (but not limited to) are the sanctuary, foyer, bulletin board, and social areas.
21. Senior Ministries AA
a. To organize and/or assist in the planning of activities, social gatherings, celebrations, etc. for our church elders.
